Q1. My "used gold" has porcelain and other
materials on it. Do I need to separate
this before sending it to you?
A1. No, almost 100% of all shipments we
receive have additional materials.
We are set up to clean them before
analyzing your valuable "scrap,"
cleaning is included free of charge.
Q2. When will I receive my check?
A2. We process and send checks every
Monday for materials received the
previous week. We will value your metals
based on the PM closing of the spot
market in London for gold, platinum,
palladium and silver.
Q3. If I mail my gold items in the return envelope
which you provide me with and it gets lost,
what is it insured for?
A3. The Business Reply Mail Envelope we
provide you with is automatically insured
for up to $100.00. Since 1990 not a single
envelope has been reported lost, so let's be
very proud of our excellent U.S. Postal
Service.
